Experienced Connecticut Insurance Leader Philip Sibiga

During his time at Aetna Life and Casualty in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Philip Sibiga served as the manager of teams in the large account unit and the AE2000 unit, overseeing the company’s new product for automated small business. As an account executive at Mathog and Moniello Insurance Agency in East Haven, Philip Sibiga earned several awards in recognition of his contributions to company sales.

Between 1995 and 2021, Philip Sibiga owned and operated Premier Insurance Associates, a North Haven-based insurance sales and management agency. During this time, he became a certified insurance counselor and received his associate in risk management designation. Later in his career, he served as vice president at John M. Glover. This role involved assessing insurance sales prospects, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Philip Sibiga was an All-State and All-Housatonic League Baseball Selection during his time as the co-captain of the North Haven High School baseball team. He continued playing as a four-year varsity athlete at Providence College. He completed his education at Providence College with a degree in finance.
